I've chosen the Sublime 2 text editor. I'm still trying to figure out all the features but so far so good. I chose this editor because I like the look of it. There are several different color schemes to choose from that change the background color and style of the editor. Also, Jeffrey Way uses it on his 30 Days to Learn HTML and CSS course.
There's tons more information about Sublime at their website. I highly recommend checking it out to get a better idea of how it works.
